Our Vice President of Salves, Blaze, has years of experience when it comes to all facets of drywall. During high school, he spent his summer vacations learning the art of hanging drywall, and the value of working with his hands with his Uncle Jim. After high school, Blaze joined J III Enterprises and expanded his knowledge of drywall to finishing. Over the next seven years, his ability to explain complex concepts simply, find solutions, and build lasting relationships earned him attention. Acquiring a Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communications, along with these skills, ultimately led to his promotion to VP of Sales.

When he's not quoting drywall projects, Blaze enjoys composing funk music or playing guitar for his one-year-old son, Conan. In 2020 he released a solo album titled; “Narwhal” available to stream on all major streaming services. Being able to pursue his passion for people, creativity, and integrity is what Blaze values most about his career at J III Enterprises.

Chris has been our Field Manager for the last 12 years. Chris keeps our drywall teams running smoothly. He manages and troubleshoots your project down to the final inspection. Chris is an adamant follower of Yeshua/Jesus Christ. He also loves his family and Thai food. He is detail oriented in his work and enjoys a job well done. 

Baird is a Senior Drywall Project Manager. In 2016, he began learning the trade from Blaze, Chris, Jimmy, and our old friend Ed. He's been a Project Manager since 2018, and today he heads our Project Management Training Program. Above all, Baird loves spending time with his family - his wife Ryann, son Felix, and Irish Terrier Louie - and his friends. He also loves reading, traveling, and keeping close tabs on his beloved Chiefs and Royals.

Andy is a Lead Drywall specialist from Overland Park. He has years of experience with home renovations for his father's business, where he was inspired to be efficient and responsible in his work. Since 2014, He has stood out to his clients for being respectful, honest and a good communicator. His goal for each project is to have a satisfied client. Andy enjoys hiking with his dog, exercising, trying new places to eat, and loves outdoor activities.

Noah is a Drywall Finishing Specialist. He enjoys staying active playing sports and of course, Drywalling! Noah also enjoys spending time with my family and dog. He is a very hard worker and would love to be a part of your next project!

Fisher is a Drywall Specialist who grew up in the KC area with his nine siblings. His introduction to the drywall trade was helping his grandfather. He has been training and working with J III for two years. Fisher likes old things, and has an interest in history from antiquity through the medieval period, as well as performance cars and racing techniques. He enjoys rainy early mornings, watching storms, and driving twisty roads with friends.

Freddy has been a dedicated member of the JIII team since 2016. Bringing over a decade of experience in the construction industry, he specializes in drywall finishing. Freddy has honed his craft to perfection, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality. His commitment to client satisfaction is unmatched, and his attention to detail makes him an invaluable asset.
