Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept ACH transfers, checks and cash.
Can I add work to my project after I accept an estimate?
Yes! If the scope of your project changes, please contact our office. We will schedule a meeting with our estimator to discuss changes and write up a new estimate for you to accept. Our office will schedule the labor and supplies and notify you of the updated schedule via email.
Do you have a minimum project size?
How long will it take to begin my project?
After you have accepted your estimate, we schedule your labor and the delivery of supplies for our next available openings. There are typically 2-4 weeks before work begins.
Why can't my project be done in one day?
Drywall finishes start out wet. For an expert finish, we have varying dry times between steps. The finished product is well worth the wait.
Can you fix this bad repair job?
Yes! With generations of knowledge, thoughtful troubleshooting and a passion for craftsmanship we will succeed.
Can you give me an estimate over the phone?
No. We like our experts to know exactly what they are going into and which supplies are necessary. We also want you to have the most accurate cost assessment possible based on actual square footage. Contact our office to request a virtual estimate calculated from photos, measurements and blueprints instead.
What should I do before your experts arrive?
Every job is unique. Please exercise caution in a construction zone. Our experts do their best to protect your home and possessions from dust and damage. Protect your pets and fragile or valuable belongings by storing them away from the work site.
